The story behind the approach
Antonella
I’m Antonella, founder and creative director of AA Boutique Agency. My professional journey began through sports — gymnastics and dance — where I developed discipline, a sense of movement, aesthetics, and the ability to perform under pressure from an early age. These foundations strongly shaped my creative approach and the way I build brands.

My first professional experience in the business world continued through work on the sports brand Sportyn, followed by marketing, graphic design and event management on large corporate projects and international campaigns. I was involved in high-level productions and event management such as Ultra Europe festival, later working as an Event Manager at Badel 1862 on the planning and delivery of complex events, and further developing my experience within premium hospitality environments as part of the international Accor group, where precision, guest experience, and brand consistency are the standard. After working within complex systems and demanding projects, I chose to take an independent path. AA Boutique Agency was created to combine extensive experience with a personal approach — delivering thoughtful, aesthetically strong, and strategically clear solutions. I believe in creativity with purpose, aesthetics that serve a goal, and work that leaves a lasting impression.
Adrijan
Adrijan is an IT expert and technical partner at AA Boutique Agency, responsible for building websites, applications, and complex digital solutions.

With many years of experience working on international projects and within large development teams, he brings a strong technical foundation, precision, and a structured approach to every project. He specializes in web and mobile development and the automation of digital processes, while also having extensive experience in software development, APIs, and scalable systems. Within our team, he bridges design and functionality—ensuring that every idea is not only visually appealing but also technically flawlessly executed.
Matija
Matija is a photographer & videographer with more than ten years of professional experience in visual production, including extensive work within national television in Croatia. His approach is defined by precision, a strong sense of composition and a deep understanding of visual storytelling.

Alongside broadcast production, he actively works in photography, videography, and post-production within creative projects — delivering content that is both technically flawless and visually refined. Within our team, he is responsible for creating visual assets that elevate brands, support strategy and leave a lasting impression.
My journey
After gaining experience within complex systems and high-level projects, I chose to take an independent path and create a boutique agency where experience, aesthetics, and strategy come together.
